Jack Hearrell of H & D Construction has been in the building business over 35 years. With wife Becky, he began building in Arkansas back in the 1970's.

Their journey to Branson is similar to others who have come for a visit, fallen in love with the Ozarks, and decided to make Branson their home. "I really feel like God led us here," Becky says. "We hadn't planned on leaving Arkansas, but we just loved it here and everything has fallen into place." They moved to the area in 1992 and Jack continued his passion for building immediately.

He spent their early years in Branson working on motels and timeshare resorts. They found the site for Royal Vista in 2005, and they both immediately knew they had something special! "There is no other place in Branson like Royal Vista," Jack says.

Jack and Becky knew that they wanted Royal Vista to be a place where people live - which is why they decided against allowing any of the units to be rented. Royal Vista doesn't cater to tourists, and it's a rule that sets very well with the community's residents. Jack and Becky know all the residents on a first name basis, and they want to keep it that way.

They also wanted Royal Vista to stand out for its quality and character. "We wanted to create something above and beyond the normal condominium developments in Branson," Jack says. "And, with such a gorgeous natural setting, we wanted to build and create something that went far beyond the norm," Becky states. In order to stay head and shoulders above the competition, the Hearrells employ in-house craftsmen whose only job it is to add unique touches and character to each unit, making them all different from the others.

For the Hearrells - planning, building, and developing Royal Vista is a true labor of love!
